Hi. Thank you for your interest in the paper. Attached are Fortran codes for marginalized transition models. They require IMSL libraries to run.  MTM(1) and MTM(2) represent marginalized transition model with order 1 and 2, respectively. The codes were made to conduct simulation studies. Since I typed these codes in 2005, I do not have much information about them. Anyway, I have just checked .exe files which I made in 2005. I hope that they work in your datasets.
